"Adam and his guys at True Resolve Restoration were fantastic. From day one Adam came in, assessed the situation and went to work. He worked with my insurance company to make sure everything that needed to be done was covered and done correctly. He and his guys completed the job sooner than expected and we absolutely love the finished product. I highly recommend Adam and the guys at True Resolve Restoration."

"Adam and his team at True Resolve Restoration were a lifesaver. I first called a plumber who couldn’t figure out where the leak was coming from, so I reached out to Adam. He showed up late on a Friday evening, did some troubleshooting, and even came back over the weekend to find the source of the leak and start drying out our home from the water damage caused by a burst pipe."

Water Damage and Insurance Claim Questions & Answers
How do I turn the water off when I have a burst pipe?
To turn the water off at your house, find the main shut-off valve where the water line enters your home, which is usually in the basement, crawlspace, utility room, or outside near the water meter. Turn the valve clockwise (to the right) until it stops; if it’s a lever handle, turn it 90 degrees so it’s perpendicular to the pipe. Then open a faucet inside the house to confirm the water stops flowing. Call True Resolve Restoration for immediate assistance!
How do you dry out a house after water damage?
After a water leak, first stop the water source, then remove any standing water, pull out wet materials or belongings, and run fans and dehumidifiers to circulate air and remove moisture until everything is completely dry. You should use caution when attempting to do it yourself, as unseen wet materials behind drywall or flooring can turn into mold and result in very costly repairs.
When should I hire a restoration company?
Time is of the essence when you have a water leak. You should call True Resolve Restoration immediatley to asses the damage, use high tech imaging tools to find exactly where your water damage is and the scope of damage. True Resolve Restoration will document your claim and interface with your insurance company.
Does Homeowners Insurance cover water damage?
The answer is....it depends. Most homeowner policies are going to cover water damage that occured from a "sudden and accidental" water loss. That means a burst pipe, a overflowed bathtub, toilet or appliance, a burst water heater, etc. It is important to call True Resolve Restoration before filing a claim.
